Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using OkieDokieShirts. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance

Using the site, creating an account, or placing an order constitutes your acceptance of these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Your Account

You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Please let us know right away if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Custom Products

Every shirt is made to order based on the options and artwork you select at checkout. Minor variation in print placement, color, and finish is a normal part of custom printing and is not considered a defect.

Order Acceptance

We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a design appears to infringe someone else’s rights, if there’s an obvious pricing or stock error, or if we’re unable to produce the order for any reason. If we cancel an order you’ve already paid for, we’ll refund you in full.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payment is required at the time you place your order and is processed by Stripe.

Your Designs & Intellectual Property

When you upload artwork, text, or images, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to that content or have permission from the rights holder to use it. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your uploaded content solely for the purpose of producing your order.

You agree that OkieDokieShirts is not responsible for intellectual-property disputes arising from content you supply, and you agree to indemnify us for any claims related to it.

Prohibited Content

We will not print any design that:

• Promotes hate, violence, or discrimination against any group.
• Sexualizes minors or is otherwise illegal.
• Infringes on a third party’s trademark, copyright, or publicity rights.
• Violates any applicable law.

We may refuse to print any design at our discretion. If we refuse an order for this reason, we’ll refund you in full.

Site Content

The OkieDokieShirts site design, logos, product photography, and original content are owned by us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the site and our products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
